Weird platitudes

There are a lot of weird platitudes in the history of philosophy; I wish I knew what some of these meant…

  1. We are condemned to be Free (Sartre) – ??
  2. Man Thinks (Axiom 2 – Spinoza)
  3. The good man cannot be harmed (Plato-Socrates)

We wouldn’t need exegesis if the philosopehrs were clearer…
